We are very proactive and successful at what we do and have consistently been at the top for home sales in the entire region. Our listing platform is based on 5 key components:


PROSPECTING: What sets the McCarthy Group apart from the traditional real estate agent is our unique method of prospecting driving more qualified buyers through our listed properties. We have the technology and the skills to contact hundreds of potential buyers by way of personal conversations.

CONTACT: We contact the most active Realtors in the city, informing them through direct communication and emails about our listed properties and status changes throughout the selling process.


WEEKLY COMMUNICATION: Every Thursday we communicate with our clients on a scheduled call, updating them on the activities we have taken to sell their property. Additionally, each week our clients receive a seller report via email to keep them up to date with what the competition is doing in the neighborhood.

FOLLOW UP: The McCarthy Group takes the time to follow up with each agent and prospective buyer who have been through our properties for feedback and results.


NEGOTIATION: The McCarthy Group is one of the few Realtor Groups formally trained in negotiating Real Estate Transactions, thereby increasing the chances of putting more money in our clients’ pockets at the closing table.

Shaun McCarthySHAUN McCARTHY – Broker, Principal

Shaun McCarthy, a lifelong resident of New Orleans, has built a successful career in Real Estate over the last 25 years. The consummate salesman, Shaun has a reputation of savvy negotiations and a pro-active plan to help buyers, sellers and investors reach their goals. Shaun epitomizes passion, hard work, energy and creativity in all aspects of the real estate transaction. Shaun is exceptionally well respected for his track record in Real Estate, his ethical standards and his uncompromised integrity. He does absolutely everything in his power to ensure his clients success. Shaun has been trained and inspired by some of the best minds in the real estate industry. He uses that knowledge to lead, train and motivate his group. On the rare occasion when Shaun is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, reading and fishing!

Paige McCarthyPAIGE McCARTHY – Principal, Licensed Realtor, Listing Coordinator

Paige McCarthy has been partnered with Shaun McCarthy for over 20 years; first and foremost, as Shaun’s better half and wife! She obtained her license in 2011 to play a larger and more integral part of McCarthy Group Realtors. Paige is committed to her client’s success and uses honesty, sincerity and sensitivity to meet her client’s needs. Paige is a graduate of University of Alabama with a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Hospitality Management. She contributes her prior years in the service industry to her success in real estate. Paige enjoys playing tennis, running and spending time with her family.


Stephanie ArgraveSTEPHANIE ARGRAVE – Licensed Realtor, Listing Coordinator
Stephanie Argrave is a native of New Orleans.  She has been a licensed Realtor since 2002, and has worked with the McCarthy Group since 2003.  Specializing in Residential Real Estate throughout the Greater New Orleans area, Stephanie is a dedicated worker and is passionate about the needs of her clients. She is skilled and has been trained in applying her expertise and market knowledge for residential, multi-family, condominium and vacant land, negotiating throughout every step of the home buying and selling process.  Stephanie enjoys spending time with her children, kayaking, cooking and gardening in her free time.

Peggy BrucePEGGY KING BRUCE – Licensed Realtor, Head of Prospecting & Business Development
A New Orleans native Peggy brings more than 30 years of sales experience to McCarthy Group Realtors. Spending much of her career in advertising sales with New Orleans CityBusiness. Peggy possesses a true understanding of the sales process. Peggy obtained her Real Estate license in 2013 and joined the McCarthy Group. She focuses much of her energy on business development for McCarthy Group Realtors, concentrating on client goals and objectives. Peggy has earned a reputation for integrity, excellent follow through, and unsurpassed customer service. She is extremely goal oriented and has a positive nature. She graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. Peggy enjoys spending time with her family, working in the garden, photography and seeing live music!

Jennifer LemoineJENNIFER LEMOINE – Licensed Realtor, Closing Coordinator
Jennifer Lemoine has been involved in buying and selling homes with Shaun McCarthy and his team since 1995. Prior to her real estate career, Jennifer was an investor, flipping homes in the uptown market. Due to this previous experience, Jennifer’s transition into the real estate industry gives her firsthand knowledge and enables her to understand and negotiate all phases of buying and selling, including the inspection period. Jennifer applies her years of professional experience to help clients navigate the complex process of buying or selling a home, positioning them for a successful transaction. The longevity and experience she has within the industry has helped her build solid relationships with her clients as well as other Realtors. Jennifer commits to first class representation and has the experience and skill set to negotiate residential, new construction, vacant land or commercial properties to suit any real estate need. When not working, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, kayaking and spoiling her pets which include a dog and two birds!

Lisa LipscombLISA LIPSCOMB – Licensed Realtor, Office Manager/Social Media Specialist
Lisa Lipscomb is a second generation Realtor, licensed since 2004.  Being born and raised locally, she has a deep appreciation for our New Orleans style, charm and culture. Lisa worked as a teacher/trainer at two local high schools, with a privately owned computer company and at Louisiana Technical College.  After a successful career teaching computer software, Lisa decided to pursue her other passion, Real Estate. Joining the McCarthy Group Realtors in 2015 has given Lisa the perfect opportunity to blend her knowledge of technology and marketing behind the scenes while still assisting buyers and sellers in the real estate transaction process. Lisa graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University where she received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Education with a minor in Marketing. Lisa loves Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, LSU and Saints football and all things NOLA!



Kent McGuireKENT McGUIRE--Louisiana Licensed Real Estate Agent--Prospector

Kent McGuire, a born and raised New Orleanian, graduated from Metairie Park Country Day School and attended the University of Southern Mississippi and the University of New Orleans. Kent became a licensed agent in 2017 and is the newest member to join McCarthy Group Realtors. Kent has a reputation for going the extra mile to get the job done. He brings to the table outstanding communication skills and will be focusing his efforts on prospecting and business development. In his free time, Kent enjoys playing golf and basketball, as well as enjoying the great outdoors.
