Tracy Mason

For as long as she can remember, Tracy has had a keen interest in real estate. After working for 9 years in the retirement plan administration field, then focusing on raising her three children, Tracy’s passion for real estate led her to join McCarthy Group Realtors in 2018. SInce then, Tracy was an integral part of a team that worked with over 750 buyers and sellers, involving over $380 million in residential real estate transactions. Tracy helped Shaun to be consistently one of the top producing realtors in Jefferson and Orleans Parishes. Tracy’s enthusiasm for real estate inspired her over the years to purchase and sell several homes in both Orleans and Jefferson parishes, including overseeing extensive home renovations. Tracy’s valuable experience renovating her homes helps benefit her clients as they look to purchase a house that may need renovating. She is able to help clients visualize what the home could look like after renovations. Tracy’s meticulous attention to detail and analytical mind work to help her clients during all phases of a real estate transaction. She understands that a home purchase is often the biggest purchase a person will ever make. She enjoys getting to know her clients, and gets great satisfaction when their goals are achieved. Tracy provides great service and brings experience and compassion to the table, always striving to protect the asset of the person she is representing.

As a native of the New Orleans area, Tracy has a deep knowledge of the local real estate market. She is a 13 year vet of Metairie Park Country Day School. With the exception of her time at the University of Mississippi achieving a business degree, then three years working in Atlanta, Tracy has lived her entire life in the area. Her lengthy time living here has given her appreciation for all neighborhoods, styles and time periods the area has to offer.

When not working, Tracy enjoys spending time with her family, playing tennis, exercising, watching sports, traveling and enjoying the best food in the world.
